Through the national grain operator, JSC “National Food Corporation,” about 60 thousand tons were exported to North Africa (Morocco), and 15 thousand tons of wheat were sent to Vietnam.
Kazakhstani grain exporters have also resumed deliveries to Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey, which had been interrupted for the last five years. The export of durum wheat to Italy has also significantly increased, the statement reports.
